[英式蒸糖漿布丁Golden Syrup Steamed Pudding]
這個是傳統英式甜品,英國人很奇怪,所有的甜品都叫“布丁”,而這個其實是蒸蛋糕呢!Mr P 經常嚷著要我做這個“布丁”,說是他的童年回憶什麼什麼的,傳統要蒸3小時,但用普通的蒸法便可。享用時將它倒轉,底層的糖漿會流出,配上Cream 或雪糕,好美味喔!

Mr P all time favourite "Pudding", he always ask me to make this, and he never get bored of it. Actually this is a steamed cake, with a looot golden syrup, soft and moist, simple but delicious! It used to take 3 hours to steam, but with pressure cooker, it only takes half an hour to one hour. Easy!!!
